The Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is a group of teens in grades 8-12 who want to take a more active role in their local library. TAB gives teens a voice in shaping the library and its community. As a member, you will have the opportunity to plan and volunteer at library programs, suggest materials for the library, create displays in the teen area, and much more!
Commitment
TAB meets monthly during the school year (September-May) on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-7:30 PM.
Attending monthly meetings is crucial to staying informed about TAB projects and responsibilities. Regular attendance also helps build a cohesive team environment. Regular meeting attendance is also required to be considered for additional volunteer opportunities.
